Graduated from Ivanovo State Power University with a specialization in Electric Power Supply with the qualification of Electrical Engineer conferred. In 2001 was employed as a foreman for the operational and technical maintenance of substations of Belgorodsky Power Distribution Zone of Belgorodenergo, OJSC, where subsequently held the positions of the head of PDZ and PO. In 2008 was appointed to the position of the Deputy Director - Chief Engineer of the branch of IDGC of the Center “Belgorodenergo”. In 2014-2016 - Deputy Chief Engineer for Operation – Head of the Maintenance and Repair Department of IDGC of the North-West. In 2017 was employed with Stroygazconsulting LLC. Since July, 2017 has been acting as the head of the Department for Technological Development and Innovations of IDGC of the North-West, later was appointed as the Deputy Chief Engineer for Technological Development and Innovations – Head of the Department for Technological Development and Innovations. Since 2017 has been acting for the First Deputy Director General – Chief Engineer. On December 12, 2017 was confirmed in the office of the First Deputy Director General – Chief Engineer. Working career commenced in 1993 in the position of Chief Accountant of Limited Liability Partnership “Nord-Express.” 1998–2008 – work in the Chief Accountant and CFO capacity in major commercial companies of Saint Petersburg performing international cargo transportation. Since 1999 – Associate Professor Saint Petersburg State University of Engineering and Economics. Author of 20 publications on scientific and academic issues inclusive of 2 monographs. 2008–2015 – Chief Specialist of the Financial Accounting Methodology and IFRS Unit, Deputy Chief Accountant of IDGC of the North-West JSC. Since 11.12.2015 – Acting Chief Accountant – Head of the Department for Financial and Fiscal Accounting and Reporting. 04.03.2016 – approved to fill in the position of Chief Accountant – Head of the Department for Financial and Fiscal Accounting of IDGC of the North-West PJSC / Rosseti North-West, PJSC.
